Your tasks
- Reception and care of our customers and business partners
- Responsible for the friendly, efficient acceptance and forwarding of telephone calls
- Appointment scheduling and planning of customer appointments and replacement vehicles
- Processing of general administrative tasks in the back office as well as online customer support
- Assistance in the customer service area and serving customers at the coffee bar
Your profile
- Commercial or equivalent training with good IT skills
- Initial professional experience in the automotive industry in the mentioned or comparable position is an advantage
- Very good German skills as well as good oral knowledge of at least one foreign language (E/F/I)
- Good organizational skills and willingness to work flexible hours
- Resilient, friendly and cheerful personality
- Enjoyment of customer contact and a well-groomed appearance
