How will you contribute and grow?
SAP Data Maintenance: You take on the essential task of creating and updating technical data in SAP (Technical Places / Contracts) for our customer installations in Switzerland and Austria. The administrative support of the process from the project phase to the operational handover of customer installations is the focus. This also includes supporting the team in managing SAP orders, procurement, and project documentation.
Support in Transformation Projects: Active participation in the preparation and implementation of innovations within the general transformation topics within the Field Service Management team, to simplify and standardize cross-country processes.
Document Management System: Support the introduction of a new document management system. This ensures centralized and structured access to all relevant technical documents.
Process Improvements: Active support in optimizing process flows and the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and solutions.
Are you a match?
Education: Completed technical or commercial vocational training (e.g. technical apprenticeship, commercial apprenticeship) or comparable qualification.
SAP Expertise: Understanding of SAP, especially in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) regarding maintenance plans, equipment, and data administration is desirable.
Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge in engineering and maintenance activities as well as understanding of technical requirements.
IT Affinity: Confident handling of common IT applications (e.g. Google Tools).
Languages: Fluent German in spoken and written form as well as very good English skills (at least advanced).
