Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and coordinate work on construction sites, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality
Supervise teams on site and ensure smooth communication between different stakeholders (clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, etc.)
Monitor the progress of work and ensure compliance with current safety standards
Manage the administrative and financial aspects of construction sites, including billing and budget tracking
Manage a team (site manager, foreman, team leaders, and workers)

You bring

Diploma in Site Management or equivalent training
Proven experience in site management (minimum 10 years) and in the field of civil engineering and concrete
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigor and organization
Entrepreneurial spirit and team mindset
Knowledge of current standards and regulations
