The project manager in electrical panels offers, plans, coordinates, and verifies the operation of electrical panels in sensitive power distribution. They ensure technical, legal, economic, and ecological aspects while respecting construction and safety standards and guidelines as well as client expectations.
This role involves strong technical skills, high autonomy, frequent travel, and client relationship management, with interventions that can be planned or urgent.

Your new tasks
- Offer, develop, plan, and lead large-scale projects in the field of building and industrial electrical panels
- Study, calculate, and negotiate offer and tender files
- Perform selectivity of electrical installations.
- Configure circuit breakers
- Set up energy supervision and commission it
- Plan, lead, and monitor the realization of electrical panel projects in relation to production
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with engineering offices, project owners, and specifiers
- Provide innovative technical solutions in the field of electrical panels
Your talents and experience
- ES technician, federal diploma project manager in electrical panel construction, HES engineer, electrical planner, automation technician, or certified electrical installer
- Comfortable with IT tools. Knowledge of EPLAN software is a plus
- Knowledge of computer networks is a plus
- Entrepreneurial spirit and customer-oriented
- Knowledge in electrical distribution, automation
- Autonomy, rigor, good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and a taste for commercial advice
- Ease in writing technical documents and presentations
- Knowledge of electrical standards and NIBT
- Very good knowledge of French, with skills in German or English appreciated
- Knowledge in the field of busbars or medium voltage is a plus
- Knowledge of REVIT or AutoCad is a plus
