Reference: CLS/RH/2025.686 / Contract type: Permanent contract at 100% / Hours: 12-hour shifts / Start date: as soon as we find the right person / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop "Riponne" or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop "Beaulieu-Jomini")
Why do we need you?
Due to a departure in the team, we are looking for an ASSC to join the team permanently.
What will you be expected to do?
- Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure optimal patient care
- Perform delegated medical acts in stable care situations
- Strictly apply hygiene and asepsis rules
- Participate in patient therapeutic education
Who will you work with?
The team consists of 9 nurses and 2 ASSCs. We work in a friendly and warm atmosphere. Very close-knit, we help each other daily. Always ready to meet after work for a team meal, we look forward to introducing you to our service.Audrey Martins has a strong background at La Source. Having obtained her diploma from the La Source Institute and University, she has progressed at the Clinic over the years to become ICUS for two care units. Attentive, empathetic, and available, she does her best to take care of her team and meet the needs of the unit's collaborators.Essentials:
- Hold a Federal Certificate of Capacity as a Community Health and Care Assistant (CFC ASSC)
- Have at least three years of professional experience in a hospital setting, ideally in a medical department
- Demonstrate versatility, good organizational skills, and flexibility
- Be able to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Have excellent adaptability, autonomy, and a good team spirit
- Be dynamic, empathetic, and have good interpersonal skills
