Your tasks
In the support and further development of SAP as well as in the collaboration and implementation of the cantonal-wide ERP project, you play a key role at the Bern Cantonal Police. The following tasks are within your area of responsibility:
• Maintenance and support of the SAP modules HCM, FI/CO, MM, SD, and Time (time tracking)
• Collaboration in SAP/Time authorization management
• Participation in cantonal-wide committees in the area of release changes and their implementation at the Bern Cantonal Police
• Involvement in the design of SAP interfaces and surrounding systems as well as in the digitization of processes
• Collaboration in the development of new functionalities and processes as well as their implementation
• Responsible for key user support, training of users, and documentation of innovations
• Responsible contact person for SAP within the Bern Cantonal Police and ensuring the interface to SAP (CCOE) of the financial administration
Your profile
For this position, you have completed training as a business informatics specialist (FH, Uni BA) or business economist. You have several years of solid SAP experience, preferably in the cantonal environment or at the federal level in the modules HCM, FI/CO, MM, and SD. As a project manager or subproject manager, you move confidently and linguistically adeptly in the interdisciplinary environment of small and large projects and are open to new subject areas. You bring very good analytical skills and excellent communication skills. As a customer-oriented and motivated personality, you place great value on teamwork as well as an independent, high-quality way of working.
