For our medical typing office and discharge office of surgery, we are looking for a linguistically skilled and carefully working personality. In this role, you ensure the timely and high-quality processing of medical reports and support the medical staff as well as the wards in administrative matters. You work in a structured, service-oriented manner and feel comfortable in an environment where accuracy and reliability are central.
Here you engage
- Writing of consultation, operation, and discharge reports including reports from attending physicians
- Electronic dispatch
- Report controlling in KISIM
- Processing of the surgery e-mail inbox
- Telephone contact with internal and external offices
- Administrative support of doctors on the surgery wards
- Archiving of individual paper documents
- Ward rounds, collection of remaining paper documents such as consent forms
You
- Completed vocational training in the commercial field with further training as a medical and hospital secretary
- Confident terminology and excellent German skills
- Enjoy administrative tasks
- Efficient, precise, and independent working style
- KISIM experience is an advantage
