Your Tasks
- Conducting technical condition analyses including on-site inspections, assessment of construction and technology, cost planning over the lifecycle and derivation of measures
- Participation in concept studies and strategic projects
- Consulting on topics such as lifecycle strategies, investment and maintenance planning
- Preparation of risk analyses focusing on buildings and technology
- Software-based lifecycle cost calculations in the real estate sector
- Development of portfolio analyses
Your Qualifications
- Completed degree with BSc or MSc in the fields of Real Estate Management, Architecture, Engineering, Building Technology, Facility Management or comparable qualifications
- Quick comprehension combined with analytical and networked thinking as well as a convincing appearance
- Interest in building technology and real estate-related issues
- Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Skills in preparing reports and concepts
- Empathy, teamwork, initiative and flexibility
