Job Description
- In this role, you lead one of the Swiss Software Services teams and are responsible for the continuous improvement of the services.
- You lead and develop a dedicated team of around 23 employees. In operational management, you are supported by experienced support group coordinators and project managers as well as the project management department head. Personnel planning and recruitment are also part of your responsibilities to fulfill tasks and goals.
- You bear operational responsibility for the team, including resource planning, compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA), escalation management, and ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Planning and adherence to the segment and cost center budget also fall within your area of responsibility (P&L responsibility).
- You implement the Customer Service Software strategy and ensure the core business.
- You maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders (Account Management, Case & Contract Management, support groups, etc.).
- You determine which competencies, capacities, processes, and methods are necessary to deliver the defined services.
Applicant Profile
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, business informatics, computer science, or similar fields
- Experience/training in industrial software (upgrades, updates, migrations, change orders, etc.)
- Leadership experience (team leadership or larger project teams) in a technical field
- Experience in P&L and cost center management or proven experience in financial management
- Solid knowledge of products and applications in industrial/warehouse process automation
- Experience with software and service tools (Library, SAP, Salesforce and CRM4Service, etc.)
- Convincing, consistent, and open communication with various stakeholders
- Ability to interact with international teams and different cultures
- Fluent German and English skills, ideally additional languages
