Your Tasks
- Consultation for builders, project authors, or members of authorities on building and planning law matters
- Assuming the deputy function of the department head
- Administrative processing of building applications and preliminary decision requests
- Control of conditions and development of follow-up decisions
- Taking over enforcement tasks in the building permit process
- Assisting and supporting in planning processes
Your Profile
- Completed commercial basic education or comparable training, preferably in a municipal administration
- CAS in public planning and construction or equivalent training or willingness to obtain it
- Experience in Zurich planning and building law as well as in building permit procedures
- Open-minded and service-oriented personality
- Independent, deadline-oriented, and structured working style
- Fluent and recipient-oriented formulation in German (spoken and written)
