Your mission

• Collaboration and support in the planning and recruitment process for the DEMAUREX site

• Support for local managers in case of problems

• Support for the HR group management in advising and assisting managers on employee management issues and in applying sanctions under labor law

• Support for HR management in all personnel administration for the DEMAUREX site

• Collaboration on HR-specific projects

• Assistance in establishing statistics, evaluations, and key figures

• Entry of accident and illness declarations with insurance, including absence management

• Control and guarantee of the time entry system (staff time entry and order time entry)

• Control and verification of expense reports

• Assistance in organizing company events

Your profile

• Federal Diploma of HR Specialist or equivalent qualification

• Concrete experience in a similar position (minimum 3 years)

• Excellent knowledge of legal bases related to HR

• Good knowledge of German
