About the job

• Design, prioritization, and implementation of developments in lead management (processes, rules, interfaces) in close collaboration with internal specialist departments
• Analysis of lead quality and derivation of optimization concepts as well as implementation of measures to increase conversion and efficiency
• Ensuring and operational control of effective, forward-looking lead planning for all sales channels
• Definition of requirements for lead tracking, lead prioritization, and reporting in coordination with analytics and IT
• Design and operational implementation of up- & cross-sell initiatives together with the relevant departments

• You have successfully completed studies (university of applied sciences or university) in business, marketing, computer science, or a comparable field
• You bring initial relevant professional experience in project and/or lead management
• Your strengths lie in strategic concept development: you think about processes and lead paths holistically, but at the same time actively get involved operationally and pragmatically and goal-orientedly implement your ideas together with internal specialist departments
• You convince with pronounced analytical skills, a structured and solution-oriented mindset, and always put our customers at the center of your actions
• You communicate fluently in German both orally and in writing; any additional language is a plus
