- Leitung der Personaladministration inklusive Lohnbuchhaltung.
- Finanzbuchhaltung führen und bei Abschlüssen unterstützen.
- Mitarbeit in Betriebsführungsmandaten und Projektcontrolling.
Skills
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Finanzwesen.
- Selbständige und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit.
- Fundierte ERP-Kenntnisse, idealerweise ABACUS.

Your tasks
− Management of the HR administration competence center:
o Managing payroll accounting (including settlements with social insurances)
o Monitoring and ensuring the time tracking and expense process
o Further development of personnel management processes
o Performing various personnel administration tasks (e.g., administrative work during entry and exit processes, creating training agreements, and much more)
− Managing financial accounting and assisting with quarterly and annual financial statements
− Preparation of quarterly VAT returns
− Monitoring complete and timely invoicing of one-time invoices
− Support in the preparation of cost center and cost unit accounting
− Support of project managers in project controlling
− Support of the employee responsible for accounts payable and receivable accounting
− Participation in operational management mandates with a focus on financial management as well as contact point for the client (usually the board of directors and owners)
Your profile
− Completed commercial training with further education in finance and accounting (e.g., specialist in finance and accounting, business economist HF or equivalent)
− Ideally further education or practical experience in human resources
− Hands-on mentality and regional flexibility regarding the place of work
− Independent personality who takes responsibility
− Quick comprehension, analytical and networked thinking skills
− Solid knowledge of ERP systems (advantage: ABACUS)
− Very good German skills in spoken and written form
