The St-Barthélemy Foundation aims to welcome and support adults who notably have intellectual, psychological disabilities or autism spectrum disorders. It promotes their self-determination, autonomy, and social participation by involving them in decisions that concern them. It thus contributes to their full place in society, economically, culturally, and as citizens.

To support and assist the teams in their daily missions, we offer several positions for:

Civilian Service Members

• Group Educational Assistant
• Support for residents in groups, in daily life activities, leisure, and outings, in the presence of trained educators
• Assistant Socioprofessional Supervisor within the Workshops
• Support for residents in workshops with a socializing purpose, in the fields of woodwork, weaving, manual work, gardening, ceramics
• Assistant Socioprofessional Supervisor within the Agricultural sector
• Support for residents in farm work, care and feeding of the domain's animals, field work according to seasons, wood cutting and sorting
• Assistant Socioprofessional Supervisor within the Bakery & Pastry sector
• Support for residents in the production of bakery, pastry, and domain products
• Logistics & Infrastructure Management Assistant
• Support in logistical tasks and maintenance of the Foundation's infrastructures, outdoor maintenance, small technical works, vehicle maintenance
• Administrative Collaborator
• Support for the accounting service and/or Human Resources service, performing related administrative tasks

Civil service missions take place throughout the year and can be of short or long duration depending on each person's availability.
