In ten sales branches in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, two sales branches in the French-speaking part, and one branch in Ticino, we offer our discerning customers the best products and brands, expert advice and high-quality service.

What you will be responsible for with us:

• Management of ongoing accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger)
• Preparation and processing of VAT returns
• Independent preparation and participation in interim and annual financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)
• Preparation of tax returns for legal entities
• Conducting variance analyses and business management analyses
• Operational postings and maintenance of financial data in Microsoft D365
• Preparation of reports for executive management / board of directors
• Support in the further development of controlling instruments
• General administrative tasks to relieve the head of HR and finance

Your backpack is packed:

• Completed commercial basic training (EFZ) in fiduciary or finance
• Further education or ongoing training in the finance sector (e.g. accounting clerk, federal specialist certificate)
• Professional experience in accounting and/or controlling
• Confidence in financial statement preparation according to OR as well as knowledge of Swiss tax law for legal entities
• Knowledge of inventory valuation or experience in a trading company is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with Microsoft 365 is an advantage
• Analytical thinking, structured and independent working style
• High IT affinity and interest in digital work processes
• Team spirit, commitment and loyalty
