- You lead, promote, and support the employees in your area
- You ensure the ward organization in the day clinic, in POA, in the EEG area, and prospectively also in the outpatient clinic
- You ensure the nursing service mandate on the wards assigned to you and work about 40% - 50% in direct care in the day clinic
- You maintain constructive, interdisciplinary, and multiprofessional collaboration, participate in specialist committees and projects, and take over their leadership if necessary

- You have several years of qualified professional experience in pediatric and adolescent medicine
- You have leadership or management training – or are willing to complete it
- You possess excellent communication and organizational skills
- You are characterized by persistence and assertiveness, combined with a positive, balanced, and motivating mindset
