Medical Secretary 40-100% (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Operating telephone and reception
- Scheduling appointments and, if necessary, patient summons
- Managing patient data and outpatient service recording
- Writing medical reports and expert opinions from dictation
- Internal and external correspondence
- Processing insurance inquiries
- Handling incoming mail
- Other diverse administrative and organizational secretarial tasks
Your Profile
- Medical training with administrative further education/experience or commercial basic training with further education as medical/hospital secretary
- Several years of professional experience, ideally as sole secretary (Office Manager)
- Confident German language skills, spoken and written
- Solid IT user knowledge
- Precise, efficient, and structured way of working
- Very high independence, personal responsibility, and resilience
