• Care assistant with completed SRK course
• Experience in the care and support of residents
• Passion and joy in working with very elderly residents as well as experience in dealing with people with challenging behaviour
• High professional and social competence
• Strong quality awareness and clear service orientation
• Enjoy working in a well-functioning and cohesive team
• Good written and oral communication skills (German/Swiss German)
