In the Labor Market Measure Transfer (AMM Transfer), we offer a twelve-week program with currently 46 annual places on behalf of the Cantonal Office for Unemployment Insurance AVA. With new impulses for job searching and competent support on the way back to the labor market, we assist insured persons of unemployment insurance who are about to be deregistered.
For a maternity cover, we are looking for an experienced coach/advisor, 60–80%, starting March/April 2026, limited until March 31, 2027.
This interests you / you are responsible for
• Advising and supporting participants in their job search
• Supporting participants in the application workshop and during self-learning time
• Contact person for the personnel consultants of the RAV
• Conducting competence-oriented learning and practice sequences around job searching
• Collaborating in the conception, evaluation, and further development of program content and learning sequences

You bring with you
• Recognized professional or educational qualification at least at secondary level II or tertiary level
• Andragogical training or further education is an advantage
• At least five years of professional experience
• Ability to meet the most diverse people with openness
• Networked thinking and acting and joy in interdisciplinary collaboration
• Good empathy and assessment skills and confident presentation skills
• Enjoyment of administrative tasks and good organizational skills
• Clear oral and written expression
