Your tasks
- Welcoming our customers in the customer hall
- Determining needs including individual wishes and goals as well as recognizing potential
- Advising private customers in the areas of payments, saving, investing, and retirement planning
- Accompanying our customers into the digital world
- Scheduling appointments and conducting comprehensive advisory discussions
- Acquiring new customers as well as recognizing and mediating further customer needs
- Handling cash transactions, currency exchange, and precious metal transactions as well as managing ATMs, recyclers, and safe systems
Your profile
- Completed commercial banking apprenticeship (EFZ) or equivalent banking training, as offered by CYP or other recognized institutes
- Several years of experience in consulting and selling financial and basic products
- Enjoyment of active customer consulting and affinity for digital channels
- High flexibility and teamwork skills
- Your communicative, trustworthy manner and confident appearance benefit you in customer contact
- You score with your strong acquisition, sales, and service orientation
- Willingness to work shifts (alternating from approx. 08:00 – 17:00, 08:30 - 17:30, or 09:30 – 18:30)
