Your Tasks
- Independent and responsible processing - from hiring to termination of employment for a defined group of employees, including payroll accounting
- Advising employees and managers on all personnel matters
- Participation in cross-personnel projects, as well as involvement in optimizing personnel management processes
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training
- Experience in human resources administration, ideally in healthcare
- Good knowledge of labor, social security, and tax law
- Independent and service-oriented working style
- Reliability and ability to work in a team
- Confident handling of common payroll software, ideally Loga, as well as routine in using MS Office programs
