Your Tasks
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of the controlling team
- Implementation, optimization, and further development of all controlling processes
- Preparation of monthly reporting (budget reports, cash flow, forecasting as well as comments for internal stakeholders)
- Preparation and coordination of monthly and annual financial statements as well as external reporting obligations in healthcare (e.g., certificates, reports, hospital statistics)
- Preparation of internal corporate planning for all companies in the East and West regions
- Support of other departments, for example in budget negotiations
- Preparation of well-founded business cases including measure tracking
- Close cooperation with other departments within the corporate group
Your Profile
- Completed studies in business administration, controlling, finance, or comparable
- Several years of experience in controlling, ideally in healthcare / hospital environment
- Initial leadership experience or strong potential to take on a management role
- Very good knowledge in reporting, planning, and financial statement preparation
- Analytical strength, strategic thinking, and pronounced communication skills
- Confident handling of controlling tools and MS Office, especially Excel
