Our specialized competence center supports people with special support needs on their way into the working world. We offer individual assessments, practical training, and tailored training programs that are oriented towards the skills, interests, and potentials of the participants. A versatile task awaits you in our small HR and finance team.

Your role: HR Specialist 50-60% with a focus on salary and social insurances
Start immediately or by arrangement

• Independent execution of payroll administration including monthly payroll runs
• Responsibility for payroll accounting including reconciliations and year-end tasks
• Handling of social insurances (AHV, BVG, KTG, UVG)
• Administrative processing of daily allowance certificates for our participants
• Support in onboarding and offboarding processes of employees
• General support in personnel administration (contracts, changes, work certificates, etc.)
• Maintenance of personnel files and HR systems (including time tracking)
• Support in organizing internal events and training sessions
• Deputy in accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting

• Commercial basic training, further education in the personnel field (e.g., HR specialist certificate) is an advantage
• Several years of experience in payroll and personnel administration as well as good knowledge of Swiss social insurance law
• Experience in finance and accounting is an advantage
• Proficient handling of HR and finance IT systems and MS Office
• Precise, structured, and independent working style
• Discretion in handling confidential data
• Service-oriented, resilient, and a team player
• Organizational talent with a hands-on mentality
