About the job
What you can achieve
- You actively participate in HR and cross-departmental projects and contribute your expertise.
- You optimize payroll and compensation processes and systems in close collaboration with involved parties and develop concepts, reports, and guidelines.
- You support the further development and implementation of the benefits strategy at the site level and further develop the foundations of salary management/job models.
- You conduct market and salary benchmarks and create compensation analyses including concrete recommendations for action.
- You take on deputy roles for the Lead Payroll and the Lead Compensation & Benefits.
What you bring with you
- (Technical) university degree with a focus on Human Resources or comparable education.
- Several years of experience in the payroll environment, ideally in a complex corporate environment.
- Analytical, conceptual as well as excellent communication skills.
- Experience in leading demanding projects and process optimizations.
- Fluent communication in German; English and French skills are an advantage.
