Your area of responsibility
- Implementation of nursing measures with a focus on the safety and well-being of the residents
- Careful documentation of nursing and technical activities
- Function as a contact person in emergencies for doctors, hospital, and relatives
- Accompanying and supporting residents and their relatives in everyday life
- Ensuring nursing quality by adhering to instructions and guidelines
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Independent and responsible working
- Attentive listening and respectful communication
- Humorous and appreciative attitude towards our residents
- Good oral and written German skills and understanding of Swiss German dialect
