Your Tasks
- Organizing and conducting targeted instructions and conveying subject-specific training content as well as practical expertise
- Conducting regular reflection discussions with trainees as well as checking and documenting learning progress
- Implementation and documentation of practice-oriented learning tasks
- Participation in the acceptance of practical exams
- Close exchange with those responsible for practice and theory
- Ensuring the quality of training as well as participation in process optimization
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a nursing specialist and further training in practical instruction
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Nursing Professions Act
- Motivation to accompany the "nurses of tomorrow" and prepare them as best as possible for future tasks
- Independent and responsible way of working
- Flexibility, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team
