• Leadership skills and enjoyment in motivating and supporting employees
• Enjoyment in advising and direct customer contact
• Responsible, reliable and team-oriented
• You keep an overview even in hectic situations
• Flexible, committed and ready for action
• Neat and fashionable appearance

Your Area of Responsibility

• Supporting the branch management in leading and organising the branch
• Ensuring smooth branch operations and taking responsibility for the team and daily business in the absence of the branch manager
• Advising and serving our customers
• Ensuring an appealing product presentation
• Inventory management and warehouse organisation
• Cash management including daily closing
• Supporting sales promotion activities
• Assisting with administrative tasks
• Responsibility for order and cleanliness in the branch
