What you can achieve:

Professional and operational management of a team of 20-50 employees
Ensuring professional implementation of customer orders
Responsibility for compliance with processes, guidelines, and quality standards
Promotion and development of your employees through targeted leadership and regular qualification discussions
Support in the training and further education of new and existing employees
Independent assumption of productive assignments in your sector
Representation of Securitas AG (Winterthur branch) towards internal and external contacts

What you bring:

Ideally, you have the Federal Specialist Certificate in Security, Justice, or Police
Assertive, structured, and communicative personality with good manners
High commitment and dedication to common goals
Organizational talent, flexibility, and resilience, even in hectic situations
Swiss citizenship or C / B EUFTA permit
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
Mobility (driver's license and own vehicle)
Very good physical condition (willingness for self-defense training)
Good administrative and IT skills
