- Coaching and introduction of new employees
- Co-developing and implementing annual goals, standards, and guidelines
- Preparing and conducting professional training, professional exchanges, and case discussions
- Defining measures and priorities in the development of nursing in collaboration with the management team as well as implementation and control
Your Profile
- Training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH and work experience in an acute hospital
- Enjoyment in implementing professional and leadership topics
- Independent and responsible working style
- A professional understanding of nursing as well as a sense of humor
- For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is mandatory
