These tasks will inspire you

• Picking and processing customer orders
• Booking goods receipts and issues in SAP
• Independent loading and unloading of trucks with the counterbalance forklift
• Efficient management and administration of the warehouse (raw materials, auxiliary materials and finished products) in block and high-bay warehouses
• Implementation and assurance of quality and occupational safety standards
• Maintenance and updating of process and QM documentation in SharePoint in cooperation with the Head of Shipping
• Assuming the deputy role of the Head of Shipping (coordination of a team of 3 employees)

We look forward to this profile

• Completed training as a Logistics Specialist EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in warehousing and shipping
• SUVA-recognised forklift licence for counterbalance forklifts
• Very good SAP and MS Office skills
• Independent, structured and efficient working style
• Technical understanding as well as confident handling of counterbalance forklifts (e.g. Linde E20/E30)
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form (at least B2)
• Enjoyment in contact with drivers and internal contacts
• Sense of responsibility, team spirit and willingness to take on deputy tasks
• Flexibility and willingness to help with other tasks as they arise
