- University degree in law (licentiate or master), preferably with Swiss bar admission
- Several years of professional experience as a corporate lawyer in the industrial sector or as a lawyer in a law firm
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary work
- High customer and service orientation as well as high commitment, independence and quick comprehension
- Solution-oriented and entrepreneurial personality with persuasiveness
- Excellent German skills as well as very good English skills
