For our two Volg branches in Mettmenstetten and Hedingen, we are looking for motivated individuals from November 1, 2025, or by arrangement as Deputy Store Manager / Trainee Management Talent for Store Management (m/f/d) 80-100%.
Essentially, you are responsible for the following tasks
- Always "fresh and friendly" advice and support for our customers
- You support the store management in various work processes
- Ensuring concept-compliant and appealing product presentation
- Ensuring and organizing a regulated daily routine in the sales outlet
- Various administrative tasks
The ideal profile includes
- Training in retail (EFZ), food sector
- At least 2 years of professional experience
- Enjoyment of active customer contact
- Interest in developing leadership skills, we are happy to train you.
- High self- and social competence
