The Discherheim Foundation in Solothurn supports and cares for adults with cognitive or multiple impairments. In the housing sector, we are looking for a new team leader due to the retirement of the current position holder as of May 1, 2026, or by agreement
Team Leader for Two Residential Groups, 80-100%
Your Tasks
- Leadership and organization of two residential groups, focusing on dementia and palliative care
- Responsibility for the holistic care of clients in two residential groups, each with 8 people with cognitive and multiple impairments
- Adapting, developing, and further improving structures and concepts
- Implementing defined structures and processes according to existing concepts
- Implementing processes according to the Q-system, quality assurance
We Expect from You
- You have a degree as a HF nursing specialist with solid professional experience
- Leadership experience and relevant further training are advantageous
- High resilience, flexibility, and tolerance
- You gladly take responsibility and exemplify a solution-oriented and independent working style
- Humor, wit, and a positive attitude towards life are among your strengths
- You have good PC user skills and support developments in the field of digitalization
