refer customers to other segments within the framework of cross-/upselling

You bring

a banking education and several years of experience in the credit, investment and pension area
up-to-date expertise and a completed bank-specific further education
communication skills, goal and service orientation
enjoy daily customer contact and recognize needs and expectations
a broad network of relationships and a connection to the region
