Applications Technician (m/f/d), 80-100%

Within our Applications department, you ensure the commissioning, optimization, and technical support of our machine tools. Thanks to your expertise and passion for the profession, you guarantee our customers maximum performance of their equipment.

Your tasks

• Install and adjust machine tools according to customer specifications, optimizing their performance.
• Train customers in use and maintenance, and provide effective technical support.
• Perform tests and performance verifications, document results, and propose improvements.
• Develop new machining process strategies.
• Write technical reports and maintain precise documentation.
• Work closely with R&D, production, and sales teams to continuously improve our products.

Your expertise

• Federal VET Diploma / Degree in mechanical engineering, electromechanics, or equivalent.
• Practical experience in installation and maintenance of machine tools is an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of numerical control (CNC) systems and associated software.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility, ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Service orientation and focus on internal and external customers.
