We continue to grow: Due to winning a mandate, we are creating a new assistant position with versatile tasks – from apartment viewings to tenant selection. Become part of our property management team in Bern-Gümligen and support us with an exciting real estate portfolio.

• Handling tenant concerns and terminations
• Creating rental contracts, amendments, and final statements
• Conducting apartment viewings, inspections, and handovers
• Issuing work orders and monitoring execution
• Independently performing credit checks and advertising rental properties
• Assisting with mandate takeovers and departures
• Assisting with insurance cases up to settlement with insurance companies
• Supporting accounts payable and receivable accounting (control, coding, dunning, collection, etc.)
• Independent correspondence as well as general office, secretarial, filing, and archiving tasks

• Completed commercial basic training
• Ideally at least 1 year of professional experience in property management
• Confident German as well as basic knowledge of English and French
• You are an organizational talent with a clear overview and nothing escapes your notice
• You remain calm and composed even in challenging situations
