The Ilgenpark location is one of our three institutions. In Ramsen, it offers decentralized residential options and a day structure for adult clients.

From July 1, 2025, or by arrangement, we are looking for reinforcement.

Day Structure Specialist (Workload: 50% - 80%, Monday to Friday)

Your tasks are:

Resource- and solution-oriented support of clients in daily day structure activities
Promotion of their development potential
Cooperative work as a contact person
Close cross-departmental and interdisciplinary collaboration to create a needs-based day structure
Maintaining client documentation and active participation in team meetings and interdisciplinary bodies

You bring with you:

Degree as a social pedagogue HF/FH or specialist in care with a focus on disability care or equivalent training
Professional experience in supporting and promoting people
Observational skills and joy in appreciative support of people
Openness to new solution approaches and reflecting on one’s own actions
Reliability, high resilience, and a balanced personality
