For our versatile gastronomy with an international and local guest mix, we are looking for a committed personality who leads with passion, thinks along, and helps shape. The position is also suitable for job sharing, provided the application is submitted as a tandem.

• You passionately lead our various gastronomy areas (restaurant, bistro bar, Salon d'Or) and ensure a smooth process – from the idea to the guest

• You lead, develop, and accompany your team of around 20 employees – with empathy, clarity, and foresight

• As a sparring partner, you act on equal footing and actively help shape strategic as well as operational decisions

• You are not only at the helm but also in the middle of daily business, with the team, and with our guests

• You analyze processes, optimize deployment plans, and ensure efficient workflows

• Several years of professional experience in gastronomy 

• Proven leadership experience with clear, appreciative communication

• Independent and entrepreneurial way of working

• High standards for lived quality and service, noticeable to guests 

• Joy of innovation and openness to new ideas – also regarding working time models 

• You remain calm and solution-oriented even in hectic moments 

• Good German skills in spoken and written form
