Employee / Day Supervisor Cleaning 100%

You perform daily, special, and isolation cleanings at Thun Hospital. Another important main task is taking over the daily responsibility in the evening and on weekends (working hours: Monday-Friday between 5:30 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. and Saturday + Sunday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.). Cooperation with various internal departments is also part of your duties.

Start date May 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

• Training as a specialist in housekeeping EFZ or building cleaner EFZ and ideally already some experience in a group leadership role
• Experience in special cleanings, preferably in healthcare
• Willingness to work irregular hours
• Strong service orientation, flexibility, teamwork skills, and high social competence
• Willingness to handle high physical demands
• Very good knowledge of German required

• Interdisciplinary collaboration with various departments
