What you bring with you
- A university of applied sciences or university degree in marketing, communication, HR, or business administration, the main thing is that you bring the passion for brands and people
- Project management know-how or the desire to further develop it
- Experience in employer branding, social media, and event management and a sense of how to truly reach people
- Very good language skills in German, English, and French
- A natural curiosity for trends and developments in social media, talent acquisition, and employer branding
- Creativity, communication strength, and enthusiasm that inspire others
- Stage free: Speaking in front of people is not a must for you but a real pleasure
- You are mobile and flexible, accompanied by a category B driving license
- If you master Adobe programs, you put the perfect finishing touch on it
- And: You think networked, work conceptually strong, and love to turn ideas into concrete experiences
