In this important hub function, you support our management, the sales team, and the employees at the Pratteln office. You have their backs, provide structure, and are there where your support is needed.
THIS MAKES YOUR EVERYDAY LIFE EXCITING
- Organizational and administrative support for management and sales
- Preparation and follow-up of appointments, events, and presentations
- Processing orders and offers as well as invoices, contracts, and quotations
- Telephone and written contact with customers, partners, and internal teams
- Assistance with internal processes, small project work, and special administrative tasks
- A role where you learn a lot, have variety every day, and can really make a difference
YOUR SKILLS AND STRENGTHS:
- Commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by appropriate further education (e.g., executive assistant, or similar)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in internal sales or a similar function
- Confident oral and written German skills
- Enjoyment in contact with different people as well as a lot of empathy and motivation
- The ability to set priorities and keep an overview even with several parallel tasks
- Quick comprehension and willingness to learn new things
- An uncomplicated, open personality who likes to pitch in as part of a team
