This is the job - Your main tasks
Analysis of business development and identification of improvement potentials in collaboration with our industries
Business controlling / business partnering with cost center and project managers: variance analysis, ad-hoc evaluations, and scenario modeling
Responsibility for correct personnel cost controlling in close cooperation with HR and accounting
Active participation in budgeting and forecasting in planning, modeling, and execution
Monthly reporting to senior management and support in monthly closing (operational accounting)
This job is for you if
You have a university degree (FH/Uni, ideally business administration/economics/finance/controlling) or a comparable qualification.
You can demonstrate solid experience in business controlling, financial controlling, and project controlling.
You have a strong understanding of accounting as well as experience in budgeting and forecasting.
You work very structured, have a high attention to detail, and like to take on hands-on tasks.
You bring communication skills in dealing with decision-makers as well as a high IT affinity (ERP, BI, or planning tools).
You have very good German and English skills at least at C1 level.
