About the job

You are interested

• in participating in first-level support for our internal and field service customers
• in processing and tracking support requests in the ticket system
• in collaborating in device management & digital workplace
• in managing and maintaining the device inventory
• in improving internal processes through automation

You are familiar with

• customer service and support processes
• device management, service management, and M365

You are

• a trained ICT specialist or have an equivalent basic education
• motivated and bring initial experience in ICT support
• fluent in German (spoken & written) and able to communicate well in French
• reliable, eager to learn, solution-oriented, and structured
• a team player, communicative, and helpful

You want

• to organize your varied work independently
• at least 5 weeks of vacation, public transport connection, and parking
