Tasks

Perform biometric data collection for all types of ID.

Skills

Commercial basic training, ideally in a municipality.
Experience in counter service and customer interaction.
Good PC skills and strong verbal and written communication.

About the job

The cantonal identity card office of the Migration Office is responsible for Swiss travel documents and data collection for foreigner permits.

To cope with the high demand, we are looking for an all-rounder to strengthen the identity card data collection at the customer counter from April 1, 2026, or by arrangement, limited to one year.

Processing electronic, written, and telephone customer correspondence with information provision
Providing information for the federal government, cantons, and municipalities
Processing identity card applications from Swiss citizens
