In the versatile and responsible role as Telephone Operator, the following tasks are part of your responsibilities:
- You are the first contact person for our guests and ensure a warm and professional greeting on the phone
- With expertise and friendliness, you advise our guests and actively offer our hotel services
- You receive messages, guest feedback, and complaints and forward them efficiently
- Your work ensures that the flow of information between departments always runs smoothly
- You maintain and update our internal and external phone numbers and support the team with administrative tasks
You convince us with the following qualities:
- Friendly, clear pronunciation and strong communication skills
- Guest-oriented with a sympathetic and confident appearance
- Flexibility and resilience even in stressful moments
- Fluent language skills in German and English, French is an advantage
- Very good computer skills
- Experience in the hotel industry is an advantage
