Electrical Team Leader
Electrical Team Leader (M/F)
Workplace: Nant de Drance Plant, Le Châtelard-Village, municipality of Finhaut (VS)
Your mission:
As an electrical team leader, you supervise and support the availability, reliability, and safety of the electrical equipment at the Nant de Drance power plant.
Your responsibilities:
- Carry out maintenance work as well as work related to the rehabilitation and renewal of installations
- Support and replace the electrical manager in organizing, planning, and directing electrical maintenance and rehabilitation work
- Lead the work and personnel on assigned sites
- Place orders for materials and tools
- Ensure the follow-up of technical documentation of installations in the field of activity
- Actively participate in the safety of people, property, and the environment and ensure the application and compliance with safety directives and measures
- Provide on-call service (average of 6 weeks/year)
Your skills:
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an installer-electrician, automation technician, or equivalent profession
- Federal diploma as a maintenance agent or willingness to obtain it
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a hydroelectric development, industrial production, or high voltage field is an asset
- Experience in team management
- Autonomy and sense of responsibility
- Stress resistance, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
- Native French speaker with good knowledge of a second language
