Specialist: Billing & Administration Healthcare 70 - 100 %The position
- From insoles to high-tech prosthetics: You process orders in our Abacus-based system and are the last instance before invoicing the cost carriers.
- Mindset: You have the courage and diplomatic skill to ask questions and point out missing details to our technicians.
- Versatile task mix: For "your" locations, you also take responsibility for writing cost estimates, billing insurance, and managing bank accounts in accounting.
- Networked work: You are not working in a silo. Our team is closely linked with IT, marketing, HR, and finance.
Your profile
- Education: You have completed a commercial basic education (e.g., commercial clerk EFZ).
- Healthcare know-how: Knowledge and professional experience in the insurance industry (KVG, IV, UVG) or in the medical field will facilitate your entry.
- Language: You communicate excellently in German. Additionally, you can communicate well in French.
- Digital flair: You navigate ERP systems confidently and have no fear of digitalized processes.
- Personality: You are service-oriented but firm in matters. You appreciate team exchange (we are 20 people in the department!) and an environment of equals.
