For our headquarters in Schaan, we are therefore looking for a personality with strategic foresight and implementation strength who will shape the future of the Neutrik Group together with the CEO and the leadership team.

Your role in the spotlight:

• You are responsible for strategic initiatives and transformations that have a long-term impact – from concept to implementation.
• You develop well-founded analyses and decision templates that provide orientation and implement them together with the specialist departments.
• You make complex topics understandable: clearly structured, visually appealing, and target group appropriate for top management.
• You manage cross-functional project teams across countries and departments and ensure close coordination.
• In close collaboration with the CEO and the leadership team, you act as a sparring partner for central future topics – such as strategic questions, organizational development, or process optimization.
• You establish and operate governance, monitoring, and reporting mechanisms as an active part of project work.

Your profile – the foundation for strong connections:

• Completed studies (Master’s degree or equivalent) in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, or comparable fields.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in a top strategy consultancy or in a comparable strategy, transformation, or project function – ideally in an international industrial or medium-sized company.
• Proven experience in leading and implementing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with high pragmatism and willingness to implement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills – you get to the point.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Strategic thinker, but with a clear tendency towards implementation.
• Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented – open to new things.
• High personal responsibility, resilience, and adaptability.
• Ability to build trust, establish contacts, and integrate stakeholders.
• Enjoy working closely with company management and willingness to be present at the HQ in Schaan as well as to travel internationally.
