Are you ready to take responsibility in a central hub function? In our motivated team, you will accompany projects for door and gate systems from A to Z and ensure that quality, deadlines, and costs are met. You will use your language skills in German and French daily and keep an overview even in turbulent moments.
Your area of responsibility - your impact
- Independent creation and processing of offers as well as tenders
- Complete handling of orders and amendments
- Conducting supplier negotiations
- Close exchange and support for colleagues in field sales
- Providing expert information – both by phone and in writing
What you bring with you
- Successfully completed technical or commercial basic training (EFZ)
- Experience in the construction or related industry is an advantage
- Native language German or French with good knowledge of the other language (at least B2)
- Confident handling of MS Office, ideally complemented by SAP knowledge
- Team player: communicative, resilient, self-organized, and with an entrepreneurial mindset
