Your Tasks
- Leadership and organization of two residential groups
- Responsibility for the holistic care of clients in two residential groups, each with 8 people with cognitive and multiple disabilities
- Adapting, developing, and further developing structures and concepts
- Implementation of defined structures and processes according to existing concepts
- Implementation of processes according to the Q-system, quality assurance
We expect from you
- You have a degree as a HF nursing specialist with solid professional experience
- Leadership experience and appropriate further training are an advantage
- High resilience, flexibility, and tolerance
- You like to take responsibility and exemplify a solution-oriented and independent working style
- Humor, wit, and a positive attitude towards life are among your strengths
- You have good PC user skills and support developments in the field of digitalization
